BRANT
LEE
Brant Lee was born and raised in San Diego. He attended UC Davis and went on to receive an MBA from Pepperdine University. After graduation Brant worked in sales and marketing for various Fortune 1000 companies, primarily in managerial and directorship roles. Throughout the early stages of Brant’s career his time was divided between work obligations and caring for his family properties. With over 25 years of experience in managing properties for family, Sea To Summit is the perfect fusion of Brant’s personal and professional interests.

When you’re with Brant Lee, you’re family. Clients can expect real results, “beyond” the standard of customer service, and a greater sense of security. Brant’s contagious enthusiasm for Southern California will up-level any secondary home ownership scenario.

Brant spends his personal time enjoying all that San Diego has to offer, and can be found surfing the North County beaches and exploring the outdoors with his dog Kona.

With 35 years of experience in San Diego’s residential real estate market, this accomplished professional combines deep local market knowledge with a strong academic foundation. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration and Urban Planning from the University of Southern California and has spent his entire career focused on residential property valuation, development, and management.

A California-certified real estate appraiser (Certification #AR009550), he has valued a wide range of residential properties for 35 years, including luxury homes and small income-producing assets. He also holds a real estate sales license obtained in 1996 (DRE #012113738). His work encompasses the identification and development of undervalued assets, the rehabilitation of distressed properties, and the management of estate properties for an exclusive clientele.
The combination of appraisal expertise, sales licensing, and hands-on asset management experience positions him as a trusted advisor for complex residential real estate matters throughout the San Diego region.

CHACO CLOTFELTER
As a third-generation realtor in San Diego, Chaco Clotfelter brings unparalleled community knowledge and character to his projects. He has over 22 years of experience as a Real Estate Broker, and has gained countless hours of knowledge just by being around the industry his entire life.

Chaco is deeply ingrained in the community, most notably as a Member of the San Dieguito Planning Group, President of the Rancho Santa Fe Historical Society, Paul Harris Fellow / Rotarian for Rotary International, and former service member of the Marine Special Forces. Chaco was voted #1 agent out of over 2,000 agents by readers of the Carmel Valley News, Del Mar Village, and Rancho Santa Fe review. He is fluent in Spanish, graduated from UCLA and holds an MBA.
